Haley Feather
Principal & Project Manager
Hi, I’m Haley Feather, and I’m the newest addition to the EIS family. Being an adventurer, I graduated from Mississippi State University intending on becoming the next Dr. Jo Harding (Twister) and tornadoes were going to be my life’s passion and work. However, one GIS course changed the trajectory of my career chasing tornadoes. In 2015 I received my master’s from The University of Southern Mississippi and joined Scott and Lauralee on a new adventure. Upon joining the team, I brought a wealth of knowledge and cost-efficient strategies for data collection in both the utility and public safety sectors. I have used my 10 years of experience and expertise to save fellow Mississippians time and money on GIS projects. I currently serve on the board of the Mississippi Association of Spatial Technologies (MAST). Though I’m a non-voting member of the Mississippi Coordinating Council for Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (MCCRSGIS), I am heavily involved in committee groups addressing issues, creating solutions, and encouraging coordination for GIS professionals across the state of Mississippi. When I’m not in the field collecting data or working behind a computer, I like to spend time with my family and go on dog adventures with my doggy sidekick, Norma Jean.

Scott Trapolino attended Delta State University in Cleveland, MS, where he earned degrees in Geography, Political Science and Geospatial Technologies. At Delta State University, he worked at the Center for Interdisciplinary Geospatial Information Technologies as Assistant Projects Manager/Instructor, where he assisted in the compilation of multiple GIS Needs Assessments and Implementation Plans. In 2010 with his partner Lauralee Gann, established Everything is Somewhere LLC to provide support for municipal and county entities with GIS development in Mississippi. Currently Scott manages resources, solves complex spatial problems, and assists the organization with implementing best practices for geospatial data solutions leveraging web GIS technologies. Along with 16 years of industry experience, he currently represents Mississippi as Vice President for the Mississippi Association for Spatial Technologies, Board Member for the Memphis Area Geographic Information Council, and is the Mississippi State Representative for the South-Central Arc Users Group.
Lauralee Gann
Principal & Project Manager
Began EISGIS with Scott in 2009, realizing the need for small county governments, rural water, and sewer providers and other small under funded departments, to have access to GIS and a team that could provide those services at a rate more sustainable to these smaller entities. Our goal has been to provide full GIS data to these under funded departments in the state of Mississippi. We have since grown out to several states and enjoy bringing GIS to places that would normally not have that access. It has been a journey that has included many states and many GIS connections over the years. I have also served on the Board of Directors for the South-Central Arc User Group as the Mississippi representative, the Geospatial Information Technologist Association South Central region President, on the Board of Directors for the Memphis Area Geographic Information Council and the Mississippi Association of Spatial Technologists. These posts have allowed me to meet the best in the industry and we have also added some to our team on many different projects.
As a Principal and Project Manager, I have worked with many clients to provide custom services as well as more standardized datasets for use within their systems, as well as to be able to provide that data in a Public and application-based methods. I try to use the past experience I had in construction management, public utilities and public safety to bring the most current technology to every project, some are ready some want a path to an objective over time, that is the great part of working with this team, we can be agile and fluid and give the clients better service over time and get data more and more accurate and useful for the client. It is a great trade and one that has opened many doors, we intend to keep sharing and providing that knowledge and bringing more and more entities to the Spatial Side of things.
